His contributions to music have earned him recognition from the American School Band Director's Association, Phi Beta Mu, and the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers. Each year he produces numerous publications and accepts commissions for new compositions. His music resonates with both ensembles and audiences, performed in prestigious venues including Carnegie Hall, Orchestra Hall, Boston's Symphony Hall, the Sydney Opera House, and the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
