His compositions demonstrate a distinctive expressiveness that connects meaningfully with both performers and listeners worldwide.
Sheldon's works appear regularly on international concert and contest programs. He maintains an active commission schedule and releases numerous new publications for concert band annually. His conducting appearances include frequent guest slots with All-State and Regional Honor Bands, while his clinician work has taken him to colleges, universities, and state music education conferences across the country.
