Donald Moore

Donald Moore earned his Bachelor of Music in organ performance and Master of Arts in Teaching from Kent State University. He has served as Organist-Choirmaster at Pilgrim United Church of Christ in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and maintains an active portfolio as a composer, arranger, and author with over 500 works published across major houses including Alfred Music, Hal Leonard, Heritage Music Press, and others.

Moore's choral works span sacred, secular, and educational genres. His compositions are regular fixtures at state contests and festivals, and his contributions to American choral music earned him recognition by the American Choral Directors Association as one of 400 significant composers in the nation's choral history. He is a seventeen-time ASCAP Composers Standard Award winner.
