Andy Beck directs choral publications at Alfred Music and has composed and arranged over 450 choral works now in active circulation. His music reaches singers across the globe, as evidenced by the thousands of YouTube performances of his compositions. Beyond his prolific output, Beck maintains an active career as a guest conductor, choreographer, clinician, and adjudicator, working regularly with honor choirs and all-state groups throughout the United States.

Beck holds degrees in Music Education from Ithaca College (Bachelor's) and Northwest Missouri State University (Master's). He has served as a tenor soloist and director in musical theatre, performs with the North Carolina Master Chorale Chamber Choir, and has been a studio singer for Alfred Music since 1992. His pedagogical vision shapes not only his own compositions but also the broader Alfred choral catalog he develops.
