About the Composer: Rossano Galante

Rossano Galante studied trumpet performance at SUNY Buffalo, graduating in 1992, and that same year earned acceptance to the University of Southern California's Film Scoring Program, where he worked under the mentorship of Academy Award-winning composer Jerry Goldsmith. Since relocating to California in 1999, Galante has established himself as an orchestrator across more than eighty feature films, collaborating with Oscar-nominated composers and contributing to major studio productions spanning action, animation, and horror genres.

Beyond his film work, Galante maintains an active presence in concert music, receiving commissions from concert bands and orchestras internationally. His published output exceeds 68 compositions distributed across major music publishers including Alfred, Schirmer, Hafabra, C.L. Barnhouse, Musikverlag Frank, and Dehaske/Curnow, establishing him as a versatile voice in both cinematic and concert hall contexts.
