Andy Beck directs choral publications at Alfred Music and has composed and arranged over 450 works for singers of all ages. His output spans choral octavos, children's musicals, and instructional resources including Sing at First Sight and Vocalize! 45 Vocal Warm-Ups That Teach Technique. His music reaches singers globally, as evidenced by countless YouTube performances, and he regularly guests as a conductor, choreographer, clinician, and adjudicator across the United States and beyond.

Beyond his publishing role, Beck is an accomplished tenor who performs with the North Carolina Master Chorale Chamber Choir and directs musical theatre. He has served as commissioned composer and guest conductor for all-state and honor choirs throughout the Southeast. His degrees in Music Education from Ithaca College and Northwest Missouri State University ground his work in both pedagogy and artistry, shaping the accessible yet musically substantial publications he curates for Alfred.
