Jacquelyn Dillon is professor of string music education at Wichita State University and conductor of the Wichita Youth Symphony Chamber Players. She has spent more than 30 years developing school orchestra programs and currently serves as president of the American String Teachers Association. Her Strictly Strings series reflects deep classroom experience and a national perspective on what string students need.

James Kjelland teaches instrumental music education and string pedagogy at Northwestern University, where he develops teachers as well as curriculum. His background in public school teaching at grades 4-12 informs his work on method materials that actually function in diverse classroom settings. He brings both university-level pedagogical training and the practical knowledge of what works when you're teaching thirty beginners at once.

John O'Reilly contributes more titles to this collection than any other creator, including the widely adopted Strictly Classics series that teachers use as a bridge between foundational method work and more substantial repertoire.
