Grade 4+ Orchestra Sheet Music

Brian Balmages brings an international performance résumé spanning Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, and Sydney Opera House alongside deep roots in school music. His 50 titles in this collection include Moonlight Flight, one of the most widely adopted Grade 4 pieces, and he moves fluidly between orchestral, band, and chamber writing.

Soon Hee Newbold is an internationally known composer who weaves cultural and ethnic styles throughout her work, drawing on performance experience with professional ensembles worldwide. The Iliad showcases her gift for programmatic storytelling at a level that engages middle school orchestras without condescending to them.

Robert D. McCashin directed orchestras and taught strings at the university level for 43 years at James Madison University before retirement. His arrangements and original works carry the mark of someone who understands string pedagogy from the conductor's and player's perspective in equal measure.
