Todd Stalter

Todd Stalter spent 34 years building one of Illinois's most decorated band programs at Eureka High School, where his Concert Band earned consistent Superior ratings at state competitions and his Marching Band claimed 16 Class 1A state championships. Beyond the high school podium, he has conducted All-State ensembles in Georgia and Delaware, guest conducted regional honor bands, and maintained an active career as an adjudicator and clinician throughout the Midwest.

His compositions for band and string orchestra are performed nationally and appear regularly on state contest and festival programs. Several of his works are featured in the GIA publication "Teaching Music Through Performance in Band," a widely consulted resource for music educators. Stalter holds degrees in Music Education and Trumpet Performance from Illinois State University, where he studied conducting with Dr. Stephen K. Steele and trumpet with distinguished performers from the U.S. Marine Band.
