He has conducted his own works in some of the world's most prestigious venues, from Carnegie Hall to the Kennedy Center, and has served as guest conductor for All-State and Regional Honor Bands throughout his career.

He authored the Sound Innovations curriculum and regularly appears as a clinician at universities and state music education conferences.
