Todd Stalter built a legendary band program at Eureka High School in Illinois, where he directed for 34 years and earned his place in the Illinois State Marching Band Championships Hall of Fame. His ensembles achieved consistent Superior ratings at state contests, captured 16 Class 1A marching titles, and performed at Orchestra Hall in Chicago and Walt Disney World. Beyond the high school podium, Stalter has guest conducted All-State Bands in Georgia and Delaware, adjudicated extensively across the Midwest, and presented clinics on composition and music education at state conferences.

Stalter holds a Bachelor of Music Education and a Master's degree in Trumpet Performance from Illinois State University, where he studied under distinguished artists including the Solo Cornet of the President's Own United States Marine Band. His compositions for band and string orchestra have earned widespread adoption on state contest lists and appear in the GIA publication Teaching Music Through Performance in Band.
