Tyler S. Grant has built a reputation as a composer and arranger whose music appears regularly on honor ensemble programs and curated repertoire lists across North America and internationally. His works have been commissioned consistently since 2010 and performed at prestigious venues including Carnegie Hall, the Meyerson Symphony Center, and the Midwest Clinic. He credits mentorship from Brian Balmages as central to his development as a composer.

Beyond the page, Grant remains deeply connected to music education through conducting and clinic work. He has conducted honor bands in six states and served as a clinician with over 100 school instrumental programs.
