About the Arranger: Jack Bullock

Jack Bullock has built a career spanning performance, composition, arranging, and teaching across multiple musical contexts. A trumpet performer who worked with ensembles ranging from the Miami Philharmonic to traveling dance bands, he earned undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degrees in Music Education and has created over 600 published works for concert band, orchestra, jazz ensemble, and marching band.

For 20 years Bullock taught instrumental music in schools, including seven years at Ithaca College where he served as assistant band director and later chaired the Music Education Department. He co-authored the Belwin 21st Century Band Method and has been recognized in Who's Who publications since 1998. His contributions to music education curricula and his extensive clinics across North America and England have shaped instrumental music instruction for generations.
