Todd Stalter built a 34-year legacy as Director of Bands at Eureka High School in Illinois, where his concert and marching ensembles earned consistent superior ratings and state championships. His program's reach extended beyond Illinois: his bands performed at Orchestra Hall in Chicago and Walt Disney World, and he has conducted All-State ensembles in Georgia and Delaware while maintaining an active schedule as an adjudicator and clinician across the country.

Stalter holds degrees in Music Education and Trumpet Performance from Illinois State University, where he studied with members of the President's Own United States Marine Band. His compositions for band and string orchestra are performed internationally and appear on state contest lists throughout the country, with many selections included in the "Teaching Music Through Performance in Band" series published by GIA.
