Brian Beck is a composer and arranger whose concert band works appear regularly on state prescribed lists and festival programs across the country. His music has earned recognition from The Instrumentalist and J.W. Pepper, and pieces have been included in the GIA Publications series Teaching Music Through Performance In Band. Beck holds degrees in music education from Texas A&M University-Commerce and the University of Houston, and has directed award-winning bands at both middle and high school levels in Texas, consistently achieving superior ratings at UIL competitions and invitations to prestigious clinics.

Beyond composition, Beck works as a clinician and guest conductor, and his arrangements have been performed by honor bands and all-state ensembles.
