About the Arranger: Chad Weirick

Chad Weirick

Chad Weirick began his music career remarkably early, joining Radio City Music Hall as an organist at just 15 years old after relocating to New York City from Rockford, Illinois. He went on to serve as rehearsal pianist for the Rockettes and performed as pianist for Broadway productions including A Chorus Line, Shenandoah, and The Act, an achievement that earned him recognition in Ripley's Believe It Or Not as the youngest full-time Broadway musician of his era.

Weirick pursued formal training in composition at New England Conservatory of Music, where he earned his master's degree under Malcolm Peyton. His career has since encompassed work as music director for Marriott's Great America theme park, choral arranging throughout the United States and internationally, and positions as Assistant Music Director and accompanist for the Boston Gay Men's Chorus, choral instructor at Wellesley High School, and Minister of Music at First Congregational Church in Hanover, Massachusetts. Beyond music, he is an accomplished athlete and martial artist.
