About the Arranger: Douglas E. Wagner

Douglas E. Wagner grew up in Chicago and studied music at Butler University, earning both undergraduate and graduate degrees. He spent three decades in high school music education and administration before committing himself fully to composition and arranging in the 1970s.

Since 1973, Wagner has published more than 3,500 works across nearly every ensemble type: concert band, choir, orchestra, handbell ensemble, organ, piano, and voice. His music has sold over seventeen million copies worldwide and appears regularly on concert programs and broadcasts across the United States and internationally. He currently lives in Indianapolis with his wife, Sandy.
