About the Composer: Carol Kelley

Carol Kelley grew up in Oregon immersed in music across multiple disciplines. She earned her BA in music education from George Fox University with concentrated study in vocal performance, piano performance, and composition, preparing her for a versatile career as both educator and creator.

Kelley has built her teaching experience in Oregon schools, directing middle school choirs and elementary music programs while also working as a substitute teacher across K-12 grades. Her compositions and arrangements have appeared in catalogs from Alfred Music, Hal Leonard, and Broadman Press. For more than 25 years, she has served as pianist and accompanist for high school and middle school choral and musical theater productions in Newberg, Oregon. She remains active as a pianist and vocalist in her church worship ministry and spends her personal time exploring the Pacific Northwest landscape with her family.
