Bob Cerulli brings both orchestral performance experience and decades of classroom teaching to his arranging work. A Curtis Institute graduate who studied double bass with Roger Scott, he went on to earn degrees in music education and conducting while performing as principal bassist for several regional orchestras including the Greater Trenton Symphony and Delaware Valley Philharmonic. His professional career included freelance work with Broadway artists and collaborations with composers like Henry Mancini, Bill Conte, and Michel LeGrand.

Cerulli's 29 years teaching music in public schools directly informed his approach to arranging accessible repertoire for young ensembles. He has composed original works performed by major orchestras and currently serves as a Senior Adjunct Professor at Rowan College at Burlington County, where he continues to conduct orchestral performances and reading sessions at regional festivals.
