Brian Lewis studied composition at Baldwin-Wallace Conservatory in Berea, Ohio, then earned his Master of Music in Conducting and teaching certification from Western Michigan University. His background spans public school teaching in Michigan, advanced film scoring training at USC, and collaborative work with high school choirs as a composer in residence at Portage Northern High School, where his commissioned works have been performed by developing ensembles.
