Russell Robinson's career spans five decades of leadership in choral music education and conducting. As Emeritus Professor of Music Education at the University of Florida, he has conducted at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, the Kennedy Center, and the White House, while serving as a consultant and clinician at festivals and conferences across six continents. His recognition includes induction into the Florida Music Educators Association Hall of Fame and service as National Collegiate Chair and Choral Adviser for the National Association for Music Education.

Robinson has published more than 500 compositions, arrangements, and educational works for choral ensembles at all levels. His output reflects both his deep understanding of choral pedagogy and his gift for creating accessible, engaging music that works in real classroom and concert settings.
