Greg Gilpin

Greg Gilpin stands among the most sought-after choral composers working today, with an ASCAP award-winning catalog and a conducting resume that spans some of North America's most prestigious venues: Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Ryman Auditorium, Sydney Opera House, Royal Festival Hall, and Harpa Concert Hall. As Director of Educational Choral Publications for Shawnee Press, he shapes the choral landscape through both his own compositions and his curation of new works for ensembles at every level.

Beyond music, Gilpin has pursued parallel professional paths as a recording industry musician and producer, a certified financial coach, and founder of Maestro Organizing, work that has brought him appearances on Fox and NBC affiliates and the television series "Hoarders." In 2021, he composed the award-winning score for the short film "Rosie's Rescue" and collaborated with opera singer Angela Brown on a new arrangement of "What Child is This?" premiered by the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir.
