Under Gypsy Skies (for Two Solo Trumpets with Orchestra): Full Orchestra Parts on Rental

Under Gypsy Skies in six brief movements was co-commissioned and premiered by Charles Geyer and Barbara Butler and the Des Moines Symphony Orchestra. The work is a realization of historic melodic styles and techniques drawn from the music of Liszt, Dvorak, and Brahms. While quotations of orchestral repertoire are used literally, some of the interlude and introductory material were created to be merely stylistic in nature.
