About the Arranger: David Glen Hatch

David Glen Hatch is a concert pianist and pedagogue whose career spans six continents. A four-time Grammy nominee, he has performed as a guest artist with major orchestras including the Ukrainian National Symphony and recorded extensively for labels including Sony/BMG-Europe, Centaur, and Naxos. His recordings showcase core romantic repertoire, notably a two-CD Centaur release pairing Brahms's First Piano Concerto and Rubinstein's Fourth with the Christchurch Symphony.

Hatch holds the MTNA Master Teacher certificate (1994) and earned a nomination as National Teacher of the Year in 2021. His students have won state, regional, national, and international competitions. He has lectured and taught master classes at world piano conferences and conservatories across Europe, Asia, South America, and the United States, and served on the Board of Trustees of the Gina Bachauer International Piano Competitions and Foundation. His published work includes ten piano arrangement volumes for Alfred and Jackman Music, the book Praiseworthy Music and Spiritual Moments, and keyboard articles for Clavier magazine.
