Commissioned for the South Carolina Tricentennial Festival. Premiered in Columbia, SC by the SC All-State High School Band under the composer's direction. Since then it has been perfomed by a number of bands, including the U. S. Army Band in Washington and the MIT Concert Band. This edition was thoroughly revised in 2010 and recorded by the University of North Carolina-Greensboro Concert Band. Duration: 15:00
