About the Composer: Edward Argenziano

Edward Argenziano

Edward Argenziano earned degrees in Music Education from William Paterson University and Music Performance from Montclair State University. Over three decades in secondary music education, he has held leadership roles including Director of Bands and Orchestras at Morris Knolls High School in Rockaway, New Jersey (1986-2014) and Fine Arts Department Chair at Clearwater High School in Florida (2014-2016). He currently serves as Percussion Director at Northside Christian High School in St. Petersburg, Florida, and teaches music composition and theory for Fairleigh Dickinson University's middle college program.

Argenziano's influence extends across the percussion world through partnerships with Zildjian Cymbals, Vic Firth, Remo Percussion, and Ludwig Drums. He has adjudicated at major competitions including Drum Corps International, Bands of America, and WGI Percussion, and served as percussion caption administrator for both DCI and the Drum Corps Association. His compositions and arrangements have been published through Rowloff Music Productions and Alfred Music, reflecting extensive commissions from ensembles and soloists worldwide. He has also worked internationally as a clinician and adjudicator throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.
