About the Composer: Todd Parrish
Todd Parrish brings two decades of orchestral teaching experience across public schools in Illinois, Virginia, and Florida to his work as both educator and composer. He holds a Bachelor of Music Education from ORU in Tulsa (violin and piano) and a Master of Music in Orchestral Conducting from the University of Arizona, where he studied with Jindong Cai, cellist Nancy Green, and violinist Bonnie Terry. Beyond the classroom, Parrish has deepened his conducting craft at workshops in Colorado, South Carolina, Maine, and Aix-en-Provence, France.
His prolific output spans over forty published works across Alfred Music Publishing, Wingert-Jones Publications, and Carl Fischer Music. Since 2018, he has served as orchestra editor for Carl Fischer Music and continues to arrange classical repertoire for school orchestras while guest conducting. He lives in Orlando, Florida.
