Jennifer Linn brings three decades of teaching experience to every piece she creates. A pianist and composer with degrees from the University of Missouri Kansas City Conservatory, she has spent her career understanding exactly what students need at each level. Her work has been published across major educational music houses, and she has led workshops and master classes across the United States, Canada, and India, constantly refining her approach based on what works in real teaching settings.
From 2009 to 2019, Linn served as Manager of Educational Piano at Hal Leonard, a role that deepened her grasp of pedagogy at scale. She has composed and arranged more than 300 pieces for piano students and maintains an active studio teaching practice. In recognition of her contributions to music education, she received the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award in 2020 and was honored as UMKC Alumni of the Year in 2013.
