Jerry Estes

Jerry Estes brings classroom experience directly to his compositions. A vocal music teacher at Wydown Middle School, where he works with middle grades singers, Estes holds a B.M.E. in vocal music from Southwest Baptist University and an M.M. from Southern Illinois University. His work reflects deep familiarity with what young choirs can accomplish and what repertoire actually serves developing singers.

Ests is an active member of MENC and ASCAP, grounding his work in both music education and composition communities.
