About the Arranger: Joseph M. Martin
Joseph M. Martin studied piano performance at Furman University and earned his master's degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where he later taught in the Piano Pedagogy Department for five years. His performance career has taken him across North America and Mexico, including appearances with the Guadalajara Symphony Orchestra and performances at Carnegie Hall. Though he maintains an active concert presence, Martin has increasingly focused his energy on composing and arranging music for worship settings and church music conferences, work that now reaches congregations throughout the United States and Canada.
Martin's output spans a remarkable range of styles and contexts. His compositions and arrangements have been heard in concert halls, regional theaters, and countless Sunday services, reflecting his deep investment in making meaningful music accessible to diverse performers and audiences. He lives in Austin, Texas with his wife Sue and their children Jonathan and Aubrey.
