About the Composer: Rossano Galante
Rossano Galante's foundation in trumpet performance at SUNY Buffalo led him to study film scoring at the University of Southern California under Jerry Goldsmith, the Academy Award-winning composer of The Omen. In 1999, he relocated to California to establish himself as a composer and orchestrator, collaborating with multiple Oscar-nominated film composers including Marco Beltrami, Christophe Beck, and Brian Tyler.
Galante has served as orchestrator on over eighty studio films ranging from major blockbusters like Avengers: Age of Ultron, A Quiet Place, and Fast X to character-driven dramas and action thrillers. Alongside his film work, he maintains an active concert music practice, receiving commissions from ensembles worldwide and publishing more than 68 compositions across major music publishers including Alfred, Schirmer, Hafabra, C.L. Barnhouse, and Curnow.
