Patti Drennan's career spans three decades of choral leadership in Oklahoma public schools, where she built four award-winning programs and earned the Director of Distinction Award from the Oklahoma Choral Directors Association. Her work as a composer and arranger has reached millions of singers through over 425 published octavos with major publishers, establishing her as a prolific voice in contemporary choral music.

Since retiring from full-time teaching in 2004, Drennan has maintained an active presence in the choral world as a clinician, adjudicator, and workshop presenter across 19 states and Canada. She served nearly a decade as music and worship arts director at First Baptist Church in Norman and continues to collaborate musically with her daughter, a musical theater performer in New York, while maintaining her commitment to helping choirs access meaningful repertoire.
