About the Composer: Rossano Galante
Rossano Galante's career spans both concert hall and film studio. A trumpet performance graduate from SUNY Buffalo (1992), he studied film scoring at USC with legendary composer Jerry Goldsmith and has since worked as orchestrator on over eighty studio films, collaborating with composers Marco Beltrami, Christophe Beck, Brian Tyler, and Christopher Lennertz on projects ranging from action blockbusters to intimate dramas.
Beyond his film work, Galante is an active concert composer receiving commissions from ensembles worldwide. His published catalog includes more than 68 compositions across multiple publishers, allowing him to balance the demands of Hollywood orchestration with the creative freedom of concert music composition.
