Les Sabina is a saxophonist, educator, and arranger with deep roots in both classical and jazz traditions. He holds degrees from the University of Toronto, University of Windsor, University of Miami, and Michigan State University, and has performed alongside jazz luminaries including Dizzy Gillespie, Joe Williams, and the Manhattan Transfer, as well as with the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra and BPO Jazz All-Stars.

As professor of music and chair of the Department of Visual and Performing Arts at St. Bonaventure University, Sabina has shaped generations of young musicians. His work as a monthly jazz transcription columnist for Jazz UK Journal reflects his commitment to making jazz practice and study accessible to educators and students.
