A tightly woven tapestry of scriptural narrative, traditional hymns, and carols tells the Easter story -- from the arrival of the women at the tomb on Easter dawn to Jesus' appearance to His disciples. The triumphant final chorus, "Praise to the Risen Christ!," features lyrics by Douglas Wagner, ingeniously sung to the hymn tune, "Lasst uns erfreuen (All Creatures of Our God and King)."
