Beyond the page, Grant actively mentors school musicians as a clinician, working with over 100 ensembles across more than 15 states. A University of Alabama graduate with degrees in instrumental music education and conducting studies under Randall Coleman, he balances his composition output with conducting engagements and contributions to music education publications and podcasts.
