His music has been reviewed in The SBO Magazine, The Instrumentalist, and featured on JWPepper's editors' list multiple times.
Milner has taught in the Eureka Springs School District in Arkansas while maintaining an active freelance composition practice. Beyond the concert hall, he draws creative energy from travel to national parks, reading, and film study. His current projects include orchestral works and additional concert band compositions.
