About the Arranger: Greg Gilpin
Greg Gilpin has established himself as one of the country's most performed choral arrangers, conducting major ensembles at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and venues across Europe and Australia. His work as Director of Educational Choral Publications at Shawnee Press has shaped the landscape of accessible, well-crafted choral literature for schools and community groups alike.
Beyond the rehearsal room, Gilpin has built an expansive creative life. He composed the score for the award-winning short film "Rosie's Rescue" and collaborated with opera singer Angela Brown on a contemporary arrangement of "What Child is This?" that premiered with the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir. An ASCAP award winner and active member of ACDA and NAfME, Gilpin continues to write, conduct, and teach with the same commitment that has made his arrangements classroom staples.
