About the Arranger: Jack Bullock
Jack Bullock brings decades of practical experience across performance, composition, and education to his arrangements. A trumpet performer who has played with ensembles ranging from the Miami Philharmonic to touring dance bands, he earned degrees in music education through the doctoral level and taught instrumental music in classroom settings for 20 years, including seven years as assistant band director at Ithaca College's School of Music, where he also chaired the Music Education Department.
With over 600 published works across concert band, orchestra, jazz ensemble, and marching band, Bullock has established himself as a prolific voice in ensemble music. He co-authored the Belwin 21st Century Band Method and contributed arrangements for Music Expressions, Alfred Music's innovative school music curriculum. His work has earned recognition in Who's Who publications, and he has conducted clinics and workshops throughout North America and internationally since joining ASCAP in 1980.
