About the Arranger: Joseph M. Martin
Joseph M. Martin studied piano performance at Furman University and earned his master's degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where he later taught in the Piano Pedagogy Department for five years. His career as a concert pianist has taken him across the United States and Mexico, including a featured performance with the Guadalajara Symphony Orchestra following his Nina Plant Wideman Competition win, and a nationally broadcast recital at Ex-convento del Carman in Mexico.
Though Martin maintains an active performance schedule, his focus has shifted toward church music and conferences for worship musicians. His compositions and arrangements now reach audiences in settings ranging from Carnegie Hall to hundreds of congregations across North America. He lives in Austin, Texas with his wife Sue and their children Jonathan and Aubrey.
