Bob Phillips has spent decades shaping string education through both teaching and composing. Over a 27-year tenure in Saline, Michigan, he built a comprehensive program serving more than 700 students and established the internationally recognized Saline Fiddlers Philharmonic, an ensemble that performed upward of 80 shows annually and appeared at the White House.
