Cheyenne Adventure

Cheyenne Adventure takes the listener on an overture-style ride that is reminiscent of the Old West. Underlying rhythms and percussion effects enhance the feeling of western flair throughout the main theme in the minor mode. The contrasting "Adagio" section features a lyrical solo for tenor sax or French horn. As a good introduction to minor scales, Cheyenne Adventure is a useful teaching piece as well as a welcome addition to your next concert!
