About the Arranger: Justin Williams
Justin Williams combines formal training in composition and arranging with decades of practical experience in the marching arts and concert band world. He holds degrees from Jacksonville State University in both political science and history, and has studied arranging privately with William Jerryl Davis, Patrick Roszell, and Robert W. Smith. His work appears regularly in major parades and halftime productions, including the Rose Bowl Parade, Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, and the Lord Mayor's New Year's Day Parade in London.
As staff arranger for the Belwin Division of Alfred Music, Williams consults with more than thirty high school band programs nationwide. He also serves as staff arranger for Jacksonville State University's "Marching Southerners" and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette's "Pride of Acadiana." Beyond his arranging career, he teaches history and political science at Central Alabama Community College.
