Rossano Galante

Rossano Galante studied trumpet performance at SUNY Buffalo, graduating in 1992, then earned acceptance to the University of Southern California's prestigious Film Scoring Program that same year. There he studied under the late Jerry Goldsmith, an Academy Award-winning composer whose work on The Omen remains influential in film music education.

Since relocating to California in 1999, Galante has established himself as an accomplished orchestrator and composer working across major studios. He has served as orchestrator on over eighty feature films, collaborating with prominent composers including Marco Beltrami and Christophe Beck on projects ranging from Marvel films to animated features. His concert music has been commissioned by orchestras and bands internationally, and his output spans more than 68 published compositions across multiple publishers.
