Philip Flynn

Philip Flynn serves as the Fine Arts Director of Music Programs for North East Independent School District in San Antonio, TX. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University where he received a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Music Education. He is active as a clinician, conductor, and judge for concert bands and marching bands around the state of Texas. He has presented at the Texas Music Educators Association Convention, Texas Fine Arts Administrators Conference, the Texas Bandmasters Association Convention, and the Music Educators Summer Academy.
